Hello loves. ♥
I hope everyone had a good weekend!

I’d like to get something off my chest right off the bat. (Warning: If you are not a football fan please skip over this segment as you will probably not care)
What the heck Colts? Seriously. You lost to the Browns. That is just unacceptable. You almost ruined my Sunday, but you are lucky other events made up for your lack of ability to function without Peyton Manning and play as a team.

I had a very very lazy Saturday. Absolutely nothing to report.
Sunday I made it my mission to not be so pathetic and unproductive.
I also had the task of getting Matt to accompany me. That itself is a feat. So the fact that I got him out of bed before 9am I should have felt accomplished enough for my day. I have Delilah to thank as well. A dog panting in your face works better than an alarm clock I found out.

Phoenix doesn’t have much to offer in regards of farmer’s markets, but we do have some. Some are better than others. There is a company that makes ah-mazing sugar free jams that I am obsessed over. I am nearing the end of my jar so I figured a trip to the farmer’s market was a great way to get out and enjoy the day. (ps. we are actually starting to have days under 100 degrees. hallelujah.) So I drag the boy out of bed and off we go! (after I had breakfast and read some blogs on the patio!!) Yes, I also got to enjoy breakfast on our patio! I have been looking forward to this for so long!
Ok. I am way to easily distracted. Back to the farmer’s market.
I love walking in and seeing these right off the bat.
I was on a mission for a fresh peach. The last few times I had gone there was never any fruit. So how excited was I when I went to the produce stand and saw this.
And yes. I bought some. And a fresh tomato!
And some more random produce pictures. I just love fresh produce.

The day did not end at the farmers market, we made a stop at Trader Joe’s on the way home.
I needed some banana’s and you can not beat TJ’s $0.19/per banana price. And I just love that place. We somehow managed to walk out without buying the whole store, but it was a close one. They had nachos for their samples today, I didn’t get any, but Matt tried them. Now, Matt is not your typical impulse buyer. He is the kind of shopper that is just like meh whatever. But when he tried the Trader Joe’s bean dip I have never seen him dash so quickly back to the sample station and grabbed a jar. He made me try a bite, and I’m not going to lie. It was one of the best bean dips I have even tasted. So glad he decided to impulse buy! (guess what he had for lunch)(it also may be making an appearance on my dinner)

Here is the goodies we ended up with today.
Farmer’s market goodies.
Overall it was a nice day out and I’m glad I actually got out of the house to enjoy it.
