Whoa loves. Long time no see.
I’ve been meaning to write a post, but I’ve been one busy bee.

Work has been busy and social life has been busy. Which both are good things.

So since there seems to be a layer of dust in my kitchen due to barely being home, I thought I would do a post of snap shots of what’s been going on via Instagram. Because that seems to be more up to date on my happenings then my blog has been.

I have been loving brewing my own kombucha and actually got a co-worker hooked on it! I made her kiwi-strawberry and blackberry-raspberry flavors. She was telling me she had been having some GI problems, so I had mentioned how kombucha is a great pro-biotic and I was so happy that she was open to trying it. Especially a home brew. And even more happy that she enjoyed it.

Another thing I love is when chocolate covered strawberries get delivered to work.

Chocolate makes any work day a better day.

The fact that my Valentine’s Day roses haven’t died yet makes work a little more brighter too! I left my roses at the clinic and am happy to report that they are still kicking. And still beautiful.

Um yea. This happened again. But we had a friend who wanted to meet up for dinner and I can’t help that he chose sushi. Who am I to say no to someone else’s request? I would be a bad friend.

So I know this is another common scene for me, but I feel kind of bad.

I cheated on Yogurtland with Yogurtology.

But I’m sorry, they had me at oatmeal cookie and graham cracker. And they have andes mints as a topping….

Yup. Sorry Yogurtland, you may have been replaced.

Another scene that I am loving lately.

Beers on the patio.

Sorry all you snow bound friends, it’s sunny and 75 here. Perfect patio weather.

And I guess I did manage to wipe the dust off a few kitchen gadgets and made some pretty epic donuts.

Chocolate Banana Protein Donuts topped with P28 almond butter.

I don’t think I have to tell you how amazing these were.

I ended up using spelt flour and they turned out way better than I expected. Even Matt liked them, so you know they had to be decent, because he usually hates my protein baking experiments.

Well loves I hope you are all having a marvelous Monday and remember to head over to the beautiful Katie’s to see how we all are making the start of our week a great one!
